Are discounts available?

Yes, All Locked-Up Storage Childers offers discounts for 3, 6 and 12 monthly payments in advance. Please contact the office for more details.

What if I leave the space dirty?

Failure to remove your rubbish will result in the cost of removal being charged to you – a minimum charge of $30.00 applies.

How do I cancel my storage?

7 days written notice is required by either party (except for pre-paid storage). If you’re looking to move out, you will need to complete our online move out form.

What health & safety info should I be aware of?

At All Locked-Up Childers storage, we are concerned about your safety and like to keep our customers intact. Please note that you are required to adhere to Health and Safety Regulations at all times whilst on the premises. Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the site or in the building. No animals are allowed (with the exception of Guide Dogs).

The yard and forecourt are potentially dangerous places, please be very careful in these areas, keep your children with you at all times and do not allow them to run around the yard or the building.

Playing of games, ball games, riding of bicycles, skateboards etc. is strictly prohibited anywhere on the premises.

We do a full facility inspection at the beginning and end of every day, however between these times we often have items dropped or dumped around the facility by customers, and these might escape our attention until our next inspection. If you should notice anything that you feel is or is likely to be hazardous please inform staff immediately so that we may take care of it.

Please report any accident to staff immediately.

How does payment work?

Payment is required in advance along with a $50 refundable bond. We strongly recommend that you set up an automatic payment to avoid any confusion, even if only for a short-term rental.

It is important to note that unless your rental fees are pre-paid they are due on the anniversary date of your move in, a month in advance, every month of your stay with us, whether you have received an invoice or not.

If for any reason you are not going to be able to pay your rental fee on time please discuss this with management and we will do our best to assist you. We send invoices out as a courtesy reminder only and are not responsible for undelivered invoices, which lead to late payment fees being charged when the rental fees due remain unpaid.

These late payment fees cannot be reversed. Payments 7 days overdue attract a $20 late fee, with a second $20 late fee being applied should the payment extend to 20 days overdue.

Once you are 10 days overdue access to your unit will be stopped until payment is made, according to the Terms and Conditions of your Storage Agreement.

What if there is an emergency?

Please contact us as soon as possible.

What if my contact details change?

Always keep All Locked-Up Storage Childers informed if your contact details change (as all invoices and correspondence will continue to go to the address that we currently hold on file). It is your responsibility as the Storer to inform All Locked-Up of any changes to your contact details.

What about insurance?

All Locked-Up Storage Childers does offer individual insurance cover – you can read more about this on our Insurance page. Please contact us for details & pricing for insurance. It is an add-on, and is not standard.
